  Saying goodbye to a dog is one of the hardest things any of us will go through. Dr. James and XpectaVet made the whole process as good as it possibly could be. Was able to make a same day appointment. Dr. James explained the whole process and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. He started by doing a thorough examination ensuring there was nothing more that could be done or considered. It was much easier on Bentley being in our own home. At the end of the whole thing, before taking Bentley away, Dr. James even gave us a hug. Really a compassionate guy.
  
  Let's face it, putting a pet down absolutely sucks, but if and when I ever have to go through it again, I'm absolutely calling these guys. They are great people.
