  Great experience all around from the patient sales rep who talked me through all they had to offer and the sales rep who came out to measure to the fantastic installers and products. The showroom is set up nicely and there is a lot to choose from at varying prices. I had gas logs, screen and door, and mantle replaced. The products are all high quality and beautiful. The sales rep who measured was spot on so everything fit perfectly. The installers were great, had their own tarps to cover my floor so nothing got dirty, and were very helpful in answering my questions as they put everything together in a timely manner. I'm super thrilled with my fireplace and use it regularly now. Don't pay attention to the brick in the pictures. That's not their doing. That's the original from 1988 that's getting painted soon... Highly recommend them.
